You are the face of Huo Long MalaTang. You welcome guests, take orders, serve food, and ensure every customer has a great experience.

You prepare ingredients, manage the kitchen station, maintain food quality and hygiene standards, and support service crew during peak hours.

You support the Outlet Manager in daily operations, supervise the team, ensure service standards are met, and handle customer escalations.

You own the outlet. You lead the full team, manage P&L, ensure operations are running smoothly, maintain brand standards, and drive outlet performance.

You support outlet operations across multiple locations, conduct audits, help with SOP rollouts, and work closely with Outlet Managers to improve performance.

You manage Huo Long MalaTang's social media, content creation, outlet launch campaigns, influencer outreach, and marketing materials across platforms.

You manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, staff records, and general administrative functions for the Huo Long group.
